The Story
I wrote this song when I didn’t have a dollar to my name. The lyrics wrote themselves as I tapped into my feelings of pain, overwhelm, and confusion. This song is about choosing faith over fear in the middle of the mess. I hope you feel seen in these lyrics. We are in this together.

This song was just about having fun. Showing how much of a Hip-Hop nerd I am by including references to music I grew up listening to and using similes like Lil’ Wayne does. Also manifesting what I already see in my head.

The realest song I ever wrote. I wanted to figure out a creative way of describing my origin story. Everything I’ve been through in life that has led me to this very day and continuing to grow from a small town kid to where I know God has planned for me. (e.g. city, county, state, country)
